If you’re aged 14-25 and live in East Sussex then i-Rock is here to help you.

You can contact us through our virtual platform Attend Anywhere, or make an appointment face to face on the days we are open.

Please email us at: irockeastsussex@spft.nhs.uk to book a face to face appointment at Hastings, Eastbourne or Newhaven.

You can also chat with us in our virtual drop in service by video call, audio call or text chat, we are online waiting to chat every weekday between 11am and 6pm.
